This week’s cocktail recipe is a refreshing, full flavored martini. The Cucumber Martini goes down smooth and isn’t too sweet. Reminds me of a clear, crisp Spring day. A spectacular way to melt the melancholy gloom of Winter.
1½ oz cucumber infused vodka
¼ oz St. Germain (Elder Flower liqueur)
1/4 oz pineapple juice
2 Slices of cucumber (seeded and peeled)
Dirty’s Cucumber Infused Vodka
750 ml of vodka (I prefer Grey Goose)
Slice peeled and seeded cucumber. Place cucumber into large glass container (large mason jar works well). Pour vodka into glass container. Let sit in cool dark place for 3-5 days; agitating 1x per day. Strain using fine metal colander. Store in refrigerator (will freeze if placed in freezer) in glass container for several months.
