This week’s cocktail recipe, The King, is a variation on the traditional Manhattan. Whiskey, “the water of life”, has an extensive and colorful history. Although it’s origins are credited to Ireland, America has captured its essence and made this delightful spirit our own. The King, as the name implies, is a robust full flavored drink that will compliment a seared steak or an after dinner Cohiba.
